seek to improve the life and health of the communities we serve.
Our activities include:
Free Physician Referrals
Fast, professional help is available when you telephone South Coast
Medical Center's free physician referral service. Within minutes,
we'll find the right doctor for you and your family — one
who specializes in your area of need, who's conveniently located
and is able to work with your specific health plan requirements.
We have hundreds of qualified physicians, representing various medical

Patient Transportation
Free transportation is available for non-emergency appointments
Monday through Friday for individuals using South Coast Medical
Center or one of our staff physicians. A wheel chair van is also

Senior Services
A variety of specialized services are offered for seniors, from
health and fitness classes to mental health programs. Click

Meals-On-Wheels
Meals are delivered to local residents who are confined to their
homes and unable to prepare meals themselves. For more information,

Health Education and Emotional Support Programs
South Coast Medical Center offers a variety of free or low-cost

Free Flu Shot Clinic
The hospital sponsors a free flu clinic annually in the fall. Call
