Steven Wozencraft Elected to Hospital Board
Steven Wozencraft of Laguna Beach has joined the South Coast Medical
Center Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Mr. Wozencraft brings
a strong legacy of international fundraising to the Board. He has
been a driving force in the world of financial development for
non-profits and NGO's for more than 20 years.
Currently, Mr. Wozencraft serves as President of a 40 year-old
firm in New York, which specializes in financial development for
non-profit organizations, the John O’Donnell Company. He
has been instrumental in the diversification of the company’s
client base. In 1998, he was appointed Chief Technology Officer.
In 2001 he became the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
Finally, in 2002 he was appointed President of the company.

fiscal leadership join our Board,” said Elizabeth Pearson-Schneider,
Executive Director of the SCMC Foundation. “In addition,
his broad reach in business development will be an invaluable asset
to our hospital.”
As President of the John O’Donnell Company, Mr. Wozencraft
has overseen the growth and development of numerous organizations
around the globe, including The Boys Club of New York, Catholic
Charities of Brooklyn and Queens, The William Jefferson Clinton
Presidential Foundation, the African Medical Society, Jewish Board
of Family and Children Services, Israeli Guide Dogs, The Empire
State Pride Agenda, Kids Peace and many more. Mr. Wozencraft is
also on the national Board of Directors for the Gay & Lesbian
Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD).
In addition, he consults with private foundations on many different
levels to help these organizations accomplish their missions.
South Coast Medical Center serves the communities of Laguna Beach,
Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Laguna Niguel and
Aliso Viejo.
