Sponsorship Opportunities Available for Hospital Fashion Show

Fashion ShowOn Friday, April 25th, South Coast Medical Center will host the 2008 fashion show, entitled “Steppin’ Into Spring.” Sponsorship opportunities are still available for this event, which will take place at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott in Dana Point. The four levels of sponsorship include the Pearl sponsorship at $1,500; Emerald at $2,500; Diamond at $5,000; and the top sponsorship, the Presenting sponsor, is at $10,000. Individual ticket prices are $100. The hospital is seeking donors who wish to support SCMC in its continuing efforts to bring high-quality healthcare to the community.

“In order to create new medical programs and/or purchase new equipment, the hospital relies on the generosity of its donors and the community,” said Kate Mullins, Assistant Executive Director, SCMC Foundation. Adds Elizabeth Pearson-Schneider, the Foundation’s Executive Director, “The fashion show has been one of the hospital’s most popular fund-raising events. We hope this tradition continues next month.”

Presented by the SCMC Women’s Advisory Council and the Auxiliary, the 13th annual fashion show & luncheon will feature fashions from Monarch Silks and Fuller’s for Men. Community leaders, as well as some of SCMC’s finest physicians, including Dr. Red Alinsod, Dr. Michael Coccia, Dr. Jake Cornett, Dr. Glenn Goldberg, Dr. Kenneth James, Dr. Gabor Kovacs, Dr. Elizabeth Lyster, Dr. Arian Mowlavi, Dr. Robert Pettis, Dr. Brian Quebbemann and Dr. Christopher Vanley, will model the fashions.

Women’s Advisory Council members will attend the fashion show free of charge, if they join the Council the day of the event. Membership dues are $250. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in the silent auction, which will feature a host of high quality items. Donations for the auction are still being accepted. Sponsorships and donations are tax-deductible.
