Chu-Pei Feng, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Feng

Chu-Pei Feng, M.D., Ph.D., is a specialist in radiation oncology who has practiced at South Coast Medical Center since 2001. She is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiology.

Dr. Feng received her medical degree from China Medial College in Taiwan. She relocated to the United States and completed her Ph.D. at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She interned at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center and did her residency at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. She is fluent in Chinese.

Ernest Ngo, M.D.

Dr. NgoDr. Ernest Ngo is a specialist in radiation oncology. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiology and is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and oncology, the American College of Radiology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Dr. Ngo completed his medical degree at Loma Linda University. He interned at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, before returning to Loma Linda to complete a residency in radiation oncology.

Dr. Ngo currently serves as assistant clinical professor of radiology at Loma Linda University Medical Center. His interests include boating, car performance race driving, designing and building, opera, ballet, ice skating, skiing, photography and videography.

Bouchaib Rabbani, Ph.D.

Dr. RabbaniDr. Bouchaib Rabbani is radiation oncology’s physicist and has been affiliated with the hospital for over 20 years. He is a specialist in physics and radiological sciences and is certified by the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Medical Physics, Radiation Oncology Physics. He is a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, the American College of Radiology, and the American Public Health Association.

Dr. Rabbani received his Ph.D. in Radiological Sciences from the Medical School of the University of California in Irvine. He completed his master’s degree in physics at California State University, Long Beach. He currently serves as the Director of Atlas Medical Physics in Newport Beach and is the Chief Medical Physicist and Radiation Safety Officer at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.
