Get Fit With South Coast Seniors
Experts agree that it's never too late to start an exercise program.
If you are ready to welcome the benefits of exercise in your life
but are hesitant to jump into a program without the guidance of
a professional, consider enrolling in Get Fit With South Coast Seniors.
The program, designed for the 50 and over crowd, meets from 12:30
to 1:30 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays in the hospital's auditorium.
An experienced professional from the hospital's Rehabilitation department
guides participants through safe, easy-to-follow strength, flexibility
and aerobic conditioning exercises.
The first six classes are free, thereafter it's $5 per class. Participants
need to wear comfortable, loose clothing with appropriate workout
shoes.
